The interview was conducted with myself, the Head of IT, and the manager of the Bulimba office. It was very easy-going, more like a casual conversation rather than an interrogation. Mostly the usual questions about previous experience, why I applied, what I'm looking for, etc. At the end we went through a technical examination; they had a print out of screenshots with a scenario above each describing the issue the user was having and to use the screenshots to determine why the issue was occurring.
