The initial interview process took three weeks. My first interview was with a recruiter then two more rounds of interviews with a total of 8 people. The recruiter advised that this was an entry level position but the interview process certainly was not. After completing the interview with the greater teams I was told by the recruiter that I would hear back. A week went by and I heard nothing assuming I was no longer being considered as a candidate. The recruiter then reached back out a week later advising they were finalizing the interview process. Another week went by with radio silence. The recruiter finally reached out via phone to advise I was not selected. I would just advise the recruitment team to be a little more respectful of candidates time. There should be no reason throughout the interview process where communication drops.
