Telephonic + Zoom calls , process was lengthy more than 5 rounds with almost all people in the managerial + HR hierarchy.Constant follow ups with the HR team is required. Tiresome process. Great CHRO and experienced new CDO but process is not linear. Lack of clarity in job description with onsite managers. I would strongly recommend management to re-engg interview process for managerial candidates.
