It was a very casual/chill interview. It was a sit-down interview, with the intention of the interviewer getting to know me and my personality. I enjoyed it and felt more of a conversation rather than an interview, which made me feel relaxed and less stressed.

What is one strength and one opportunity for growth (aka what is your weakness)
One-on-one interview with the branch manager. Quite a lot of questions were asked but pretty informal for the most part. It was scheduled in the middle of the day so I had to wait a bit for the manager to finish communicating with customers.

Very laid back and comfortable. Dress in a way that represents who you are, Was asked questions about the company values. The interview lasted about 10 minutes. First, I received a short phone interview, then got invited to interview in their shop a week later.
