Applied to college recruiting. Got first round interview. It consists of 2 45-minutes case interview. The first case is a bit shorter and I spent the first 10 minutes answering behavioral questions. The 2nd case took the entire 45 minutes. There were some numbers to calculate and market size estimation questions. Mostly it's interviewer led.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
