The whole interview comprised of 3-4 rounds, with each round being an elimination round. Round 1: Case Study Error Test This round required candidates to identify errors in the case information presented to them. The entire test lasted 30 to 45 minutes. Round 2: General HR and Guesstimate Questions This round began with some general fit and company culture questions, and then progressed towards a few market-sizing questions. Rounds 3 and above: General HR and Management Interviews This round focused on situational and behavioral questions.

Basically first is CV Shortlisting. Post that aptitude assessment which slightly was on higher level. Then the Interview round 1 which was mostly technical, CV based and JD based. Final round was Interview round 2 mostly HR
