phone interview, quick. It is with a consultant. And the questions are pretty random. I know a girl was asked to translate something. And my only advice is to be relax and clear minded. Don't be afraid to ask questions back to clarify the question.

Talked with 4 consultants on site. Interview format is similar to the phone screening, some fit questions and then a case. Cases are of average difficulty, and the interviewers are all very helpful and friendly.
