My process consisted of two steps. The first was the application. Since I come from a non target school, I was directly emailed the application. It consisted mostly of a resume and cover letter.
The actual interview involved 2 30 minute interviews on the same day. Both interviews had the same format. They would spend about 5 to 10 minutes going over fit questions and then we would spend the remainder of the time working on a market sizing question.

Not stressful. Worked through two cases online. The questions were not too difficult and straightforward. Interviewers were friendly and helped steer the case problems in the right direction. Overall very positive experience.
very informal and conversational interviewers were helpful and nice very enjoyable experience overall
the case was challenging but the interviewers walked me through it I would recommend interviewing for this program the only downside is that you will not hear back until a month after the interviewer which could be extremely nerve racking.
