Extrem langer Vorstellungsprozess: Insgesamt waren es 5 Gespräche mit verschiedenen Gesprächspartnern und teilweise sehr hohen Senioritätsleveln. Während den Gesprächen gab es mehrere Cases, die man lösen musste. Das alles für eine Junior Position!

The interview process occurred through a staffing firm. There were standard interviews with successive levels of the recruiting team up to a partner. The questions were the usual behavioral and background questions to ensure candidates could come in to do the job. One of the better interview processes I've ever experienced.
