This was the WORST professional experience for an interview process that I have ever had. 3.5 months for 2 interviews and being left in the dark unless I reached out for an update. I understand that adding a new advisor to an existing team is a process, but 3.5 months is ridiculous.

Application was followed up by a virtual Q&A and a phone interview. Interviewers were courteous, prompt, and responsive. Communication and expectations were also very clear. I would recommend this company highly.
