First interview is a phone call with a recruiter to discuss the role. Why are you interested in Baird? What do you want to know about us? Is this role okay with you? Confirm compensation expectations and go over the process. Second interview is with two members of leadership. This is more focused on working styles and culture fit. Very nice people. Third interview is with two engineers, a lead and a junior or mid, which involves pair programming. You are encouraged to collaborate with the engineers and use resources for help.
