First interview was with an HR specialist, which included introductions, standard screening questions about background, goals, and skill sets. There was a series of 4 online problem-solving questions, followed by a brief discussion about compensation. At closing, the interviewer shared links to a series of screening modules that I need to complete before moving to the next phase of the interview process.

Started with a quick check to make sure I knew what the company did, followed by some background and skills checks, and then a math and logic test (pretty basic math, but no calculators). I haven't been asked to do math live in a long time, but the strategy/logic questions were easy to answer and explain.
