It was great. Leo is awesome and a terrific ambassador for BairesDev. I was surprised at how few questions that he asked. I think that changing the role and expectations was a bit different than what he had in mind.

My experience interviewing with BairesDev was frustrating and unprofessional. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, and recruiters often gave vague, conflicting, or misleading information. It felt like I was being dragged along without clear next steps or transparency. Despite multiple conversations and promises of updates, getting straightforward answers was nearly impossible. Timelines shifted without explanation, and key details about the role remained unclear even after several rounds of interviews. The overall process felt disorganized and disingenuous, wasting valuable time and creating unnecessary confusion. Professionalism, honesty, and respect for candidates' time are basic expectations during any hiring process. Unfortunately, BairesDev fell short on all counts.
