Applied then got an auto email telling me to take a test. It was 10 sections for which 4.5 hours were allotted. The test had zero to do with the job. It was an IQ test, case studies, asking you to answer random facts like how much jobs pay in Ecuador, a personality test, and asking insanely in-depth questions on programming. The test was littered with typos, incoherent Spanglish, and other inconsistencies. It took me more than one day to finish so I got emails from BD pushing me to finish. The day after I finished, I got an typo-ridden email from someone in Argentina saying my results were very good and she wanted me to schedule a 20 minute interview on Calendarly. I did so, then later in the day, I get an email saying my call was cancelled with the following message in the cancellation. This company is wildly unprofessional. BD’s philosophy is they’re going to make you jump through numerous hoops to try to impress them before they’ll determine if your worthy of actually being spoken to. Cancellation Reason: unfortunately, we already have many advanced candidates so we are not taking more appliances.
