I don't understand how you have to go through a test that last more than 8 hours and also they give questionnaires that don't have nothing to do with the role (e.g logic or algorithms). They call me for an interview three months later. I thought my score wasn't good enough. I contacted them several times to know about the process but, their answers were "we are hiring a lot of people right now. If your score is good we are going to call you"

From online test: they give you a coordinate and multiple options, like 8 different countries. This kind of test help them to know if you are habid to find things in Google, but I think this is irrelevant for the position.
