It was the worst interview I ever did in my life. They put the candidate against the wall by surprisingly asking him to solve a test in front of the cameras during the interview. They also force you to give all your references. I felt very constrained during the interview as if everything I said was a lie as if the interviewer distrusted all my words. I also felt like the worst professional in the world. As a recruiter, I would NEVER conduct a process like this, the intuit of the recruitment isn't putting the candidate against the wall but making a serious evaluating and leave the candidate comfortable so he will wish to work with you. I am glad I was not selected because I would never wish to work in a place like this
