They called me, gave me a few test and had some interviews. It was pretty fast and dinamic. I think they have a good process overall. The hardest part was the long exams that took over 3 hours to solve.

Very unprofessional interview process. They ask for a significant amount of personal and professional information, then tell you that you will receive an update within two days. After that, they simply stop responding and provide no follow-up whatsoever. A lack of communication and respect for candidates' time reflects poorly on the company.
