I had previously successfully completed a series of tests prior to being called for an interview. The interviewer was very well prepared and gave an excellent overview of the company and culture. BairesDev is growing at an extremely high rate. The culture described is what fits me well: flexible, collaborative, supportive, accountable and development oriented. The fact that the company is a 100% remote is just one more positive in a long list.

Okay refer to question above, I am still in the interview process but there was no selection for that. In terms of interview questions, they are largely logic and basic math oriented to see whether you can think, probe and relate on your feet. I think they want to see how you approach things in real time. It was fun.
