It´s a nice process, the recruiter was very gentil and kind, also objective. They call you by phone, no video. There is a test phase, with 3 or 4 behavioural and logical tests. It´s not too long. They repeat some of the tests questions in the further human interview. They respond after a negative result. It was pretty nice.

Salary expectations. Minimum Notice time. Preferred time zone to work in. Logical and thinking questions, like, which are the four countries with most LinkedIn users. Things like that. Also math questions, easy to average level, like 12 people shake hands with each other, how many single shakes were there? There were also at least 1 STAR type question.
