The interview process included several stages. Initially, I was asked questions to get to know me better and understand my motivations for wanting to work with BairesDev. They also inquired about my previous work experience and knowledge. Additionally, I was given logical and mathematical tests to assess my skills. Finally, they explained their employment terms and conditions in detail.
