Processo bem elaborado. A entrevista iniciou em português com o recrutador apresentando a empresa. Mudamos para inglês para falar sobre algum projeto em que já trabalhei e empresas não relacionadas a tecnologia que gostaria de trabalhar. Depois foram feitas 4 perguntas de matemática e 4 de raciocínio lógico. Falamos sobre expectativa salarial e modelo de contratação da empresa.

The interview process consisted of an initial screening call that was well-structured and efficient. The discussion covered my background, experience, and alignment with the role, and I appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout. She also followed up promptly with an email noting she would be in touch regarding potential next steps, which reinforced a positive candidate experience.
