Back in 2022, my interview focused on learning more about my professional experience, assessing my English level, and answering several logic questions. However, this time the process was a bit different. We updated my experience information on the platform, and I wasn’t asked any logic questions. Instead, they wanted to understand what kind of position I’m looking for, what motivated me to return, and other related topics.

It's a clear and simple process with clear guidelines on what to expect. Most of the interview was in spanish and a part of it in english to make sure I had good knowledge of the language. The interviewer was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed from BairesDev.
