Average.. got a call from HR and asked me for preferable time for discussion. i gave my option and then scheduled the interview. Attended the same and had a discussion about my experience as well as position requirement and technology know how etc. also had a brief chat about C&B currently i am having and the expectation . ended the discussion with feedback and all the best.
