Process involved first an call from hiring manager. Second round was psychometric test.Test basically involved question IQ Test and basic HR questions Third was hiring Manager round Final round with HR then final offer was provided

1 round was more into understanding the role and responsibilities also past experience
2 round more about situation based
3 round hr round - the hr questions were about past experience , why change and what you are expecting from the new role
