I had to fill out an aptitude test, a personality test, each taking about an hour. Afterwards I had two follow up interviews. I also sent thank you letters after each interview and sent over a cover letter. During the team interviews, it was pretty apparent that they were not interested in me at all. It was very frustrating to do so much upfront work only to be told within 30 minutes of my interview they would not be moving forward.
