Online interview. felt liked cracked it because I gave my best. but Didn't hear back for 4 weeks and got an email 1am in the morning that I was rejected.

All questions were based on "What would you do in a situation" and answer using star method
First was a digital interview through Hirevue. They mainly asked behavioral questions. Second was an online interview with the hiring manager and the director. They asked the typical questions like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why you would be a good fit for this role"
