After passing document selection phase, the candidates are going to face one-way video interview. Last time, I had to answer 5 questions from a recorded video and each questions need to be answered in 3 minutes. The participants will be given 1 minute to prepare their answer after the question ends.

The questions are quite general, I was asked to introduce myself, to explain why do I want this position, etc. One peculiar question that stand out for me is that they asked me to tell a story when I fixed something.
After the CV screening, There is a virtual interview. I did not pass this stage, so I do not know the following stage. It took so much time to reply. They replied with a rejection after nearly one year.

Applied on Linkedin, then HireVue, 2 months later, an email said that I have passed the 1st round, 2nd round is held 1 months later. The process is kindda confusing and slow; you don't know wheather you fail or pass
