I've participated in a contest for the summer internship in Moscow. The first step included an interview with HR and a test (A. Write two memorandums, B. Translate two parts of a contract). The applicants were allowed to use the internet during the test. I'm still waiting for feedback and I hope to proceed to the 2 step!
online video interview - 4 hour case study with group discussion - quite hard and people were dominating the chat so make sure that you are fast but at the same time not rude

Zoom interview, they sent us a 2-paged problem on a company looking to expand into another country, and we needed to broadly discuss the legal issues involved for about 20 minutes. Also had to summarize our discussion in both English and Chinese.
