It is a hard process. I passed the first stage and second stage is a WG test which I did not pass. I did not get any feedback and when asking about it they could not provide any.

Took the essay and then took the 20-minute interview. There were around 10 interviewers. The mood was not quite pressuring. All the interviewers were energetic. The interview was mainly in Thai. Plus, the interviewers were straightforward in their sayings.

Why are you interested in interning in Dispute Resolution?
Video interview was very fast paced, highly recommend keeping answers concise and answering the question in the first sentence. There is a timer that counts down as soon as you start answering which can add pressure.
