Few stages of the interview, including an agency call, back in 2020, then meeting an in-line manager/director, then CEO, and come back for overall tests. For the MD/CEO interview a presentation was required on the topic. The test - a number of tests (grammar, excel, spelling, math) were to be completed, for the overall skill assessment, but now a lot of it is removed ;)
