I had an initial phone call for 45 minutes where I was given time to ask questions I had as well as answer theirs. Then the final round was an hour interview in person.

The interview was quite an urgent process but it was conversational, in a relaxed setting. The interviewer was practical about it, pinning my previous roles against what I would be doing if I got the role, and gaging from my feedback whether my values were good fit for the company and if the role would be right for me.
