Got in contact through email, sent resume and cover letter, was asked to schedule a phone interview. About a 25 minute phone interview mostly behavioral questions. Was then called back for follow up office interview and tour. Had interview with partners and met staff.

Probably "So what are your interests or what are some things you like to do outside of work or school." - I'm in college, so I go to class and drink (which I have decided not to bring up anymore since my last interview) so I found this question extremely hard-won.
