The process was very easy. We did a phone screen at first and then within 48 hours got a response and scheduled a second-round interview over zoom. The second round of interviews was with two different managers from the team. Overall it was very easy going and they just wanted to know about what I am passionate about, my goals, skills, etc., and why I want to work for Baker Tilly.
