Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Baker Tilly (Austin, TX) nel mese di giu 2023
Colloquio
Meh... Very easy interviews. However, process as a whole left a lot to be desired. VERY LONG process -- 2 months. Was told to expect an offer by both final round interviewers only to be told 7 days of pre-planned PTO was a deal breaker. Guess "unlimited" PTO is pretty limited. Also, I was told the incorrect address for in-person interviews by recruiting team.

The selection process consisted of multiple interview rounds, including written assessments to gauge technical and analytical skills, followed by virtual meetings to evaluate communication, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit for the role.

How to calculate Business Interruption (BI) losses
Applied online and had a phone interview with a recruiter, who was very attentive and a second with a manager. The Recruiter was straightforward and informative. He shared about the company and the role as well as guiding me for a fit in the firm. The interview with the manager was more casual and less technical compared to the conversation with recruiter, which was odd. Manager shared how the firm and lines of services changed over the years. The manager didn’t seem to be well prepared like didn’t review my resume ahead of time kept shortening my past experience. The manager was, however, very friendly and I felt I like it was a catch up with an old friend rather than a job interview. The manager noted they would update in a couple days (very good) for maybe another interview. No update. The following week another recruiter emailed and noted they decided not to proceed with my application. This email/recruiter also thanked me for my time and noted he/she enjoyed talking to me except I didn’t talk to this specific recruiter :) Anyway…
