When being interviewed, I went to an open interview with hundreds of applicants waiting to be interviewed. I spoke to several supervisors in different departments because I had applied to several positions in hopes that I would be a fit candidate for any of the positions. After going through three interviews on the spot, I was told that I would be contacted within the next week if I had got the position.
