I was Scheduled for an on-site interview which lasted 1 hour. Interviewer was friendly and professional and tho whole interview was more of a discussion. Interview went well but I did not hear from them even after follow up emails! Close the loop with your candidates even if it is a "no". A little professional courtesy would be appreciated

Easy interview process compared to other companies. I met with 2 hiring mangers at the same time and then received an offer from the company. This was an entry level role.
