Simple and quick first round. Purely behavioral super simple. they send a behavioral assessment and a cognitive PI assessment. Made it to the second round but they had already selected a candidate. Everybody was really nice, you have to be quick with your scheduling.

Talked to them, gave out their resume at the career fair. After 2-3 weeks, they gave me their HR screening interview, which asked me common behavioral questions like what's your favorite class, why us.
Rejected me because they had already moved forward with another candidate. Some companies do that: they already went through the whole process with some candidates, but still choose to interview other people, and reject them after their preferred candidates sign the offer.
