The first part was a phone screening. I met the person in charge of HR. She was very nice and we had a short phone call about myself and the position. The second part was a 30-minute zoom call with 3 people over Google Chat including HR. The whole interview process felt akward. I was nervous during the interview which didn't help. The whole time I could just read the looks on their faces pretty easily. I could tell this would not be a good fit for me. I wasn't really clicking with them like I have on past interviews. I didn't even bother sending thank you emails because I knew it would be a waste of time.
