The interview was done by 2 individuals: an HR representative and the head of the production department. Both people were extremely friendly, they had specific concise questions, and responded to my questions very well. They both broke the ice early on discussing personal commonalities and that really lightened the atmosphere. Overall, I left that interview feeling the best I have ever felt about an interview in recent times.
