It is an all day interview process with various interview panels. I believe it is a rigorous process to ensure the correct candidates are selected. You get everything from rapid fire technical questions to relaxed conversations about how a day in the life at Ball would look.

First interview with lead engineer, later with younger engineers. Showed the factory, described what they do and their process. Everyone seemed friendly. Declined due to external factors. Would recommend if in the area.
