They interviewed me for a Ruby on rails position, after the first call with the recruiter, they requested a home challenge that took me 3 days to complete, a library app with backend in RoR and front in react. After that I got a technical interview focused on Ruby. They said that I was great but now they needed a ReactJS focused engineer. I had another interview for react and he was ready to eliminate me, from the first question I felt my fate was already decided. Total waste of time.

Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 5 entrevistas... Me pidieron una plataforma completa con API y frontend responsive, inverti muchas horas y jamas me hicieron preguntas sobre lo que desarrolle! Ademas me pidieron un trabajo extra sobre como trabajo con IA, me dijeron que todo no deberia llevar mas de 8hs y eso fue imposible, me llevo 3 dias fulltime sacrificando mi tiempo por nada. No me especificaron porque no pase el proceso pero como no pase la 5ta entrevista sospecho que encontraron un candidato mejor o simplemente no les gusto mi nivel de ingles, un buen feedback me hubiese gustado
