Additionally, no feedback was provided on the performance during the interview, leaving us without any further information or guidance on what went well or what could be improved.

Pretty much the standard process:
1st with HR
then with Hiring Manager Interview
After that, you will receive an email for take home test
then final would be a Panel Interview
