Full-time interviews are conducted at BCPL's administrative offices by a three-person panel consisting of an HR representative and the hiring branch/department's managers. You're given five interview questions 15 minutes beforethe interview begins. The HR representative also uses this time to prep the candidate. You give detailed answers to these questions and ask them questions in turn. Bring your resume and notes.

A one time interview was conducted in person by the Circulation Manager, Circulation Manager Assistant, and HR representative. Multiple questions were asked to determine your customer service and technology skills.
