Pretty standard for an agency. First a phone screener with a recruiter, then they sent over a “project” to present with one of their client’s data (free work). After I spent hours working on it over the course of days, I sent it over and they invited me for THREE (3) 45 minute interviews with different team members to discuss this deck I wasted resources creating for no pay, when the organization likely had no intent to hire me anyway. Profoundly disappointing waste of time

Complete lack of respect for the applicants time. I bowed out immediately after learning of an assignment that is expected to be hours worth of work. Four interviews should be more than enough to determine if someone is capable of doing the job.
