After submitting a resume and a few other pieces of information, I was emailed a link to a Hirevue recorded interview. The questions were simple and it was easy to use. I was then cleared for a skills assessment (basic Excel type stuff) and was contacted for an in-person interview after that. I met with a recruiter and my direct manager after an office tour and was able to talk about my personal life as well as relevant work experience. Lastly, I met with the overall manager of the department.

First interview was an online interview with 6 questions you answered with your computer/webcam. Second interview was a typing test, excel test with a total of 6 questions again using your webcam and online software. After second interview was told they had more qualified applicants. I have worked as an onboarding rep for many years which made me wonder if it was more of an age issue (can't hide your age on a camera) vs skill. Company seems very young and it's not easy trying to get a job with companies that tend to only have younger employees.
