The first step was a remote video interview through HireVue and if that goes well you are invited to an in person interview.
The HireVue interview was a bit awkward, but I understand why they do it that way and it was an interesting experience. The in person interview was disappointing because I got a tour of the office and loved the environment and feeling there, but then my interviewer was disorganized and impersonal. They started asking questions and then said "Well, I don't know if I can actually ask you that..." and called themselves out for not paying attention and being rude which they said was "unacceptable of them" but their behavior didn't change after that comment either. We ran out of time and had to end abruptly without me being able to actually discuss much of my skill or qualifications. I didn't hear back results of the interview for about 3 weeks and when I did it was a genetic "decided to go with another candidate" email.
