Reading the rest of your review truly made me sad as it's never the assumption we want our candidates to come away with. Without knowing the specifics of the role, what I can tell you is many of our openings were revisited toward the end of last year to ensure we were hiring for the work the company actually needed going into 2023 vs when we had started those searches.
