It was an odd, disjointed set of digital interviews before being called in for an actual interview. Everyone was friendly except the actual interviewer. She asked the same question 3 or 4 times about what I liked, specifically about customer support. I gave her a detailed answer with examples each time. Then, when she saw a gap in my history, she assumed it was because I had kids and made a comment about how she works and is a mom. She didn't let me explain that I had to take a few years off for a back surgery and recovery. Basically I felt like she made up her mind about a previous interview and was wasting both our time.
