The interview process was quite simple. It was one interviewer who hated basic/typical interview questions. The interview was not overly formal and it did not last long. It was similar to a free flowing conversation.

I had a 1 on 1 interview but I know that for holiday season it is often a group interview to hire faster. The questions were pretty straightforward and I heard back the very same day.

Why do you want to work here? What do you know about the company? Can you tell me about a time you had a difficult customer?
Pretty straight forward, asking about past experiences and why you want to represent their company. Certain questions on what would you do in this situation and elaborating on that. Minimum word count.

What would you do in this situation? Why do you want to work here?
It's an easy process. The questions are simple retail question. May be in a group or an individual interview it all depends on the store. They might give you scenarios as suppose to questions.
