Basically they ignore and don't respond to your applications for months. I had to connect through linkedin with the recruiter in order to get an interview. Interview made just for justify the wage of the philosopher (a philosopher who believes to be a recruiter, what a joke!). Pretty silly and superficial questions and in the end he tried to belittle me and my qualifications. They disciminate on your age and sexuality and make fun of it! Well, at least I know that I will never want to work in a company with rude and unprofessional people. Thank you! Furthermore, given the questions I understood that they spy your social networks! The entire process is unnecessarily long( 4-5 months and 5 stages )in order to justify the wages of the hr department! No news that they are a very low level bank. No connections no party.

Complex technical questons and many brainteaser. I didn't like the atmosphere of the bank, it was very old style
